We’ve had to evolve a bit since we started out years ago hand cutting and hand dipping our nano-batch caramels in our home kitchen. But, though large corporates sling around the phrase “small batch” because it’s good marketing, we’ve gotten bigger, we’ve gotten more efficient, but we are still SMALL. Our mighty, small, carefully trained team benefits from some upgraded equipment, but still makes each and every batch by hand in a single copper kettle on the stove, hand sprinkling salt from our friends in Sitka at Alaska Pure. We have grown and evolved, but remained artisanal to our core.
