We pour care into every chocolate we craft. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Our Commitment
We stand behind every box that leaves our Bristol kitchen. Because our chocolates are perishable and handcrafted with care, we handle quality issues differently than a typical return policy—but rest assured, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
If Something Goes Wrong
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@farmhousechocolates.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the affected chocolates and packaging
We address issues including:
Chocolates that arrived melted or damaged during shipping
Defective or spoiled products
Incorrect or incomplete orders
No need to ship anything back. We trust you—and honestly, melted chocolate in the mail helps no one.
How We’ll Resolve It
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer:
A full or partial refund to your original payment method
A replacement shipment
Store credit for a future order
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
We ship with weather-appropriate packaging—cold packs and insulation during warm months. However, once your package leaves the carrier facility for final delivery, conditions are beyond our control. If your chocolates arrive melted, contact us immediately and we’ll take care of you.
Gift Cards & Custom Orders
Gift cards and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be refunded. We’re happy to help troubleshoot any issues with these purchases.
Future Non-Perishable Items
Should we introduce non-perishable merchandise in the future, standard return eligibility will apply: items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, returned within 30 days.
For Our EU Customers
Per EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt. Please note that perishable food items are generally exempt from this cooling-off period under EU law. Contact us and we’ll work with you.
