Farmhouse Chocolates crafts each 2 oz chocolate bar by hand in our Bristol, Vermont workshop. Every bar starts with certified organic, Fair Trade, soy-free chocolate — made from cacao sourced from cooperatives based in or supporting farming communities. No unnecessary ingredients.

- 71% Dark with Cacao Nibs & Alaskan Sea Salt — A deep, crunchy bite with mineral-rich sea salt harvested from the cold waters of Alaska. Our most popular bar.
- 71% Dark with Fennel Pollen & Strawberries — Wild fennel pollen adds a floral complexity that plays beautifully against sweet freeze-dried strawberries. Unlike anything you've tasted.
- 85% Dark with Cardamom & Lemon — For dark chocolate purists. Warm cardamom and bright lemon zest cut through the intensity of high-cacao chocolate.

38% Milk Chocolate with Orange & Alaskan Sea Salt — Our only milk chocolate bar. Creamy, smooth, citrus oil & zest marry perfectly with a whisper of sea salt.
Why soy-free matters: Most commercial chocolate uses soy lecithin as an emulsifier. We skip it entirely and let the natural cacao butter do the work. While this makes the chocolate far more difficult to temper, it eliminates a common allergen for our friends and customers. The result is a cleaner flavor and a bar that people with soy sensitivities can enjoy without worry.
