Our truffles are all about the chocolate: dense, dark, and delightfully balanced.
Each truffle is crafted with a rich 70% cacao ganache center (made with a splash of Vermont heavy cream and gently infused with ingredients such as spices, herbs & fruit zest). Then the truffles are dipped in another layer of 70% chocolate and hand decorated.

And it is the great converter of those who believe that caramels just aren't their thing. We think it's the absolute perfect blend of sweet, dark, and salt.
Hand dipped in certified organic, fair trade chocolate, our small batch caramels are hand made with organic cane sugar, Vermont cream and salted butter, water, and organic tapioca syrup; finished with a sprinkle of artisan Alaska Pure Sea Salt from Sitka, Alaska.
