Our dark chocolate truffles are hand crafted in Bristol, Vermont using organic, Fair Trade, chocolate — and like everything we make, they're completely soy-free. Each truffle features a smooth ganache center, flavored with whole foods and natural oils and extracts, inspired by Vermont and beyond.
Three distinctive flavors:
- Vermont Maple — Pure Vermont maple syrup folded into dark chocolate ganache featuring uber-local heavy cream. Sweet, earthy, and unmistakably Vermont. Our hometown flavor.
- Rosemary Grapefruit — Fresh rosemary and bright grapefruit zest bring a savory-citrus twist to rich dark chocolate. Unexpected and elegant.
- Espresso Cardamom — Bold espresso meets warm cardamom in a truffle that's equal parts coffee shop and spice market. For those who like depth in their chocolate.
